We are specialized in Tourism Consulting and offer the following services for small and medium-sized tourism companies, especially for guest farms, lodges and hotels as well as tour operators. We are working on a "joint consulting approach", which means that we will develop new ideas jointly with you, the manager and/or owner of the company.

Our service includes:

1. documentation of current standards (focus on service delivery)
2. improvement plan and schedule according to international standards
3. development of marketing and advertising plans

For above services  we charge a flat base fee plus an additional fee based on the size of your company, e.g. with regard to accommodation establishments based on number of beds. Furthermore, as we will be physically come to your business and do the consulting jointly with you, we will need you to provide us with one double room, activities on the premises as well as meals and drinks for one night.
